Returning Unwanted Items?

If you have misplaced an order you can cancel your order and get a full refund before items are shipped out.

If the items are shipped out you can no longer request for a refund.

Returning of Faulty Items

We do not accept return on ANY products, if the the items in the package turns out to be faulty, we will provide a full refund.

Customer must inform our customer support within 30 days and address their issue regarding their faulty items.

    If you order a pink bra, and the bra turns out to be blue.

    Major tear on the items received.

    Customers are required to send in the picture of the faulty items.

    Note: Our customer service have the right to refuse any refund that they deem as not faulty

    Where will the money be refunded?

    All refund will be issued back to the debit/credit card that are placed on the order via stripe.

    How long will the refund take

    Once the refund is approved, it’s take around 5 – 10 business days for your money to reach the your bank account.
